Our Infrastructure

We procure premium yarn and knit consistent, apparel-ready fabrics for T-shirts, polos, and more—leveraging ~30 machines for scalable capacity, custom specs (GSM, hand-feel, width), and rigorous QC. We bleach and dye on the latest soft-flow machines, using only GOTS- and OEKO-TEX–approved dyes and chemicals for certified, responsible processing and consistent, high-quality color.

After dyeing, every lot undergoes a rigorous, multi-stage quality check to ensure uniform colour and dependable fabric strength. We inspect shade consistency across rolls, run wash and rub tests for colourfastness, and verify GSM, dimensional stability, and bursting strength. Only lots that meet spec are approved and released, with results recorded for full traceability.

Stentering & Compacting finalize the fabric with controlled drying and heat-setting to stabilize width and lock in dimensions. By tuning overfeed and weft straightness, we minimize shrinkage and skew/spirality, improve drape and surface appearance, and deliver a softer, smoother hand. Each lot is checked for width, GSM, and residual shrinkage to ensure cut-and-sew–ready performance.

We stitch garments on Juki (Japan) flatlock, overlock, and lockstitch machines, each fitted with automatic thread trimming and integrated dust collection. This setup delivers clean, durable seams and a premium finish while boosting efficiency, reducing lint, and ensuring consistent quality across T-shirts, polos, and other knit styles.

Every stitched garment undergoes a final, piece-by-piece inspection to catch any damage or defects. We verify measurements, seam integrity, and shade/trim accuracy; remove loose threads and lint; and confirm sizes and labeling. Approved pieces are folded to spec, size-sorted, and packed—typically in polybags and sturdy cartons—then sealed, labeled, and prepared for distribution and on-time delivery.
